The Creiddylad 7-Knot ritual is a love spell ritual that is suitable for do-it-yourself use if the target person or both potential partners have blockages that stand in the way of a romantic love relationship.
A common type of blockage is, for example, fear of commitment. The two people may already have or have had a close relationship with each other.
Thus, this ritual guide is ideal for a do-it-yourself partner reunion and a do-it-yourself partner reconciliation.
However, for this love spell it is NOT a requirement that the two people have already been a couple before or have ever had contact with each other. This means the Creiddylad 7-Knot ritual can also be used in cases in which the 2 people have not been romantically involved with each other before.
Who is the goddess Creiddylad?
Creiddylad is the Celtic goddess of love, spring, summer, and flowers.
The Celts had their greatest expansion in Europe during the Iron Age and lived in the area of modern-day southeastern England, northern Spain, and France in the west.
In the east, the Celts settled the area of present-day western Hungary, northern Croatia, and Slovenia.
Furthermore, the Celts lived in the area from the northern edge of the present-day German Central Uplands to northern Italy.
In addition, individual finds exist that document the spread of Celtic culture throughout the Balkans and even to Anatolia.
What you need for this DIY love spell

- A drinking water bottle with at least 100ml of water. Rainwater or water from a stream, river, pond, or lake is ideal.
- A red cord or a thicker red thread at least 30cm long; not a synthetic material but a natural fiber, e.g., a wool thread.
- Five red or pink roses.
- Cereal flour, at least 200g, for example, wheat flour. Whole-grain flour is traditionally used.
- A bowl, can, or bag for transporting the flour.
How to perform the DIY Creiddylad 7-Knot Love Spell Ritual
To do the love spell yourself, you should be alone or with a trusted person who is emotionally supportive of your intention to perform the ritual.
Step 1:
Before you perform the love spell ritual, fill the bottle at a lake, pond, stream, or river.

Step 2:
To perform the DIY Creiddylad-7-Knot Love Spell ritual, find a larger tree—for example, in a park. An oak or a linden tree is ideal. There should be an open space of at least about 1.5 meters by 2.5 meters directly in front of the tree.

Step 4:
Now, set up the tools for the ritual in front of the cleared area.

Step 5:
Now, find a stick you can use to carve the “Serch Bythol” symbol into the ground.
What does the Serch Bythol symbol mean?
The Serch Bythol symbol is a Celtic symbol that originated in modern-day Wales, Great Britain. The word “Serch” is Welsh and means “love.” The word “Bythol” is Welsh and means “everlasting.” Therefore, the Serch Bythol symbol means “the symbol for everlasting love.”
This Celtic symbol for everlasting love consists of two triskelions. A triskelion is a three-knotted symbol that represents the three components of two people: body, mind, and soul.
The two triskelions are connected by a circle, the eternal circle of infinity. The symbol thus represents two people who are connected in everlasting love with their body, mind, and soul.
Now, back to the instructions for the do-it-yourself love spell.
When carving the Serch Bythol symbol into the ground, it’s a good idea to start with the circle and only lightly scratch the ground at first. This way, the shape of the symbol can be easily corrected if needed before carving it deeper into the ground with more force.
After that, it’s helpful to place a stick, stone, or leaf at each of the two points where the outer tips of the symbol should end on the left and right.
This makes it easier to judge from a distance of one or two meters whether the symbol will be symmetrical. Only then does it make sense to draw the remaining lines of the symbol.
Here, too, it’s a good idea to first only lightly scratch the ground and only apply more pressure with the stick once the lines are exactly how you want them.

Step 6:
After you have carved the Serch-Bythol symbol, the symbol of eternal love between two people, into the ground, the next step is to trace the grooves with flour.
Place the bowl of flour on the ground next to the carved symbol. Then take some flour between your fingers with one hand and carefully begin to lightly trace the circle of the symbol with the first line of flour.
As needed, take a little more flour between your fingers and thumb of one hand.

Step 7:
Afterward, trace the lines inside the circle with flour. If possible, avoid stepping on the lines that have been traced with flour.

Step 8:
Now also sprinkle the first trace of flour into the remaining crevices of the outer wings of the symbol. Now the entire symbol should be traced with a line of flour.

Step 9:
Now sprinkle the second and final layer of flour into the crevices of the symbol. Afterwards, set the bowl aside, as it will no longer be needed for the remainder of the ritual.

Step 10:
After this, break off a blossom from one of the roses you brought with you, about 2 finger-widths below the bloom. Then lay the blossom in the middle of the symbol.

Step 11:
Now place two roses each on the outer ends of the symbol on the flour trail. The rose blossoms should point away from the center of the symbol with the top side of the blossom.

The ritual site is now completely prepared for the main part of the do-it-yourself love spell ritual.

Step 12:
Now take the red woolen thread and the water bottle. Kneel on the floor in front of the symbol and place the bottle next to you. Place the thread in front of you on a leaf or on one of your knees.

Step 14:
Now place both hands with the back of your hands on your knees. The left hand on the left knee and the right hand on the right knee – so that the palms are facing slightly upwards.
Relax your hands and your whole body. Look up into the branches of the tree.
Breathe in and out slowly and deeply. Now close your eyes and breathe in deeply and out slowly several times. You can now open your eyes again.
Step 15:
Now speak or whisper the words:
“Creiddylad, you angel of love and fertility, I call to you.”
Now think of the people of your heart. Focus on the idea that you both love each other deeply and are happy. Focus on the feeling of gratitude.
Feel as if the goal has already been reached, not as if it lies in the future. Concentrate on imagining that you both already love each other above all else in the present and that you both have no inhibitions about surrendering to your feelings for each other.
Say or whisper the words:
“Creiddylad, you angel of light, I ask you, open your heart to our love.”
Breathe in slowly and deeply and breathe out slowly.
Now speak or whisper the words:
“Creiddylad, you angel of nature, my name is [Your Name].”
Bow and say or whisper:
“I bow before you, Creiddylad. The person of my heart is [Name of the person of your heart]. Creiddylad, you eternal spirit, please let your powers work and unite the heart of [Name of the person of your heart] and my heart. Please dissolve all doubt.”
Now breathe in slowly and deeply and out slowly several times.
Step 16:
Lift your hands from your knees and reach for the red thread. Think with the feeling of gratitude that you and the person of your heart are together and that you love each other above all else and that you both fully surrender to your feelings for each other.
Now tie the first knot in the middle of the red thread and say or whisper as you tighten each knot, the words:
“Creiddylad, let our love blossom.”

Step 17:
Now, tie the next 5 knots into the thread. Traditionally, the knots are tied so that they are about one to two finger-widths apart. As you tighten each knot, say or whisper the words again:
“Creiddylad, let our love blossom.”
Step 18:
Make the seventh and final knot in such a way that it connects both ends of the thread, so that the thread then resembles a bracelet. Also, as you tighten the seventh knot, speak or whisper the words:
“Creiddylad, let our love blossom.”
Now hold the thread with the 7 knots in front of you with both hands and speak or whisper the words:
“Creiddylad, you Mother of Love, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for hearing me.”
Step 19:
Now lay the red thread with the 7 knots in the middle of the symbol, around the rose blossom. The two ends of the thread should be pointing downwards, that is, on the side of the rose blossom’s stem.

Step 20:
After you have laid down the thread, speak or whisper the words:
“Creiddylad, you Goddess of the Sun, I honor your name, I honor love. Creiddylad, you Queen of Spring, please let our love grow and become powerful.”
Step 21:
Now take the water bottle. Open it and while you pour the water onto the thread in a clockwise direction, say or whisper:
“[Name of the person in your heart], I love you. And I am grateful that you love me as well. I am grateful that we admit our love for each other and follow our love for one another.”

Step 22:
Pour the water carefully, so that the thread and the rose blossom remain largely unchanged in their position after the water has been poured.
After pouring the water, the red thread is still in its place.

To conclude the do-it-yourself love spell ritual, place the bottle next to the area cleared of leaves. Kneel again in front of the symbol, place the backs of your hands on your knees, and close your eyes. Breathe slowly and deeply in and out and speak or whisper the words:
“Creiddylad, you mighty goddess, so shall it be.”
Breathe slowly and deeply a few more times. Now open your eyes and stand up again. The ritual is now complete.

After the DIY love spell ritual
You have several options for what to do next with the damp thread.
- You can take the thread and tie it around one of your ankles or wrists, or hang it on a necklace around your neck.
- Or you can take the thread with you to release it into a stream or a river.
- Another possibility is: You take the thread home with you to burn it after it has air-dried—for example, in a porcelain bowl or on a porcelain plate.
- A further possibility is: You leave the thread behind. It would not be a problem even if animals or other people were to move or take the thread. The energies have been sent, and the ritual utensils are now just utensils. The same applies to the roses and the symbol made of flour. Even if animals or other people change the arrangement of the objects or carry items away, the effect of the ritual would be unaffected.
Now take the bottle with you again. Leave the roses behind. And depending on which of the procedures listed above feels best to you, either take the thread with you or leave it in its place. You can now leave the site of the do-it-yourself love spell ritual.
